NAPFA today...haiz...
actually only standing broad jump and sit up..hehhehx...i did really bad at SBJ...haiz...maybe i really got psycological problem...told mr lim but he thinks i'm joking...haiz..

partnered valerie for the sit up and she was stressing me out...she did 40(situps)and was getting me tensed up..but i did ok.cause she kind of motivated me... (: lucky to have such a fren!

learnt baton drill today...it wasn't as fun as i thought...how are you supposed to get the baton out of the frog(pardon the spelling) without moving your left hand?and it wasn't supposed to stick out and everything

PT was rather enjoyable...but had too many stitches...maybe today do too many sit ups already...haha
