really tired today
gotta chiong homework tomorrow

had LMSC+NDP prac for 4 consecutive days
really too lazy to write about what happened in detail but i should be able to cover it vaguely
heard that they have sealed off some roads for the NDP
was really interested to know why

we've got a new holding area
and it's called suntec convention centre
we even have chairs now!
but the army people still sit on the floor
some decided to take a quick nap
while others really got into the game of uno
i didn't know army guys still play uno

the first rehearsal was really hot
but had no probs finishing the whole parade
then the weather cooled down alot

only knew that there was actually a french word in one command

-Feu de joie --which means fire of joy

i do not know the whole command so i shall describe it as the command before the pc asks the GOH to hormat and shoot

at nee soon camp,i used think that it was really cool
but at marina
the cannons are the ones that make it seem so insignificant
this command is much more meaningful than the cannons of course
it is also shot in a particular order such that one shoots earlier and creates a wave of shots
then every time we double off, the ground would already be littered with blank shells

for the 3rd rehearsal
we had to walk from the convention centre to the floating platform
how did we do that?
WALKING ON ROADS
that was exactly why they sealed off the roads
the people the car was trying so hard to get a picture of the colours and the GOH

when we returned to the convention centre after the final successful rehearsal
the officers told some boys to bring down the bags of bags(lols)
then the FAT HO asked the marina people how long we needed to change
then he let us off to change with a no-time-limit-just-come-back-asap
so we ran like siao to the toilet
suntec's floor is REALLY SLIPPERY
nearly fell down
yun jie and me were the only girls leaving from marina
then the toilet had not enough cubicles so we had to change outside
and there were alot of people queuing for the toilets.. ><
we were the first ones back
then the sir said get out of my sight in 15secs
