came back home around 1 am yesterday

saturday's NDP training was a killer
the sun was blasting hot!
i was just standing there during the afternoon's training
everything around me became white
then my body started to sway and i squatted down to prevent myself from falling
so the medic came and helped me into the sick bay
gave me some cold water
then i felt like vomiting
they passed me a plastic bag
and in went my lunch
was feeling so horrible.
but i felt a lot better than before i vomited
i was not the only on that fell out of the parade
our contingent had 19 people falling out(that's the highest)
it was so shameful
i got blacklisted and after the medics said i was ok then i could leave
was feeling really really useless
the ma'am even told us that if this happened one more time,
we're out of the contingent T-T

i wanted to skip dinner cause i was afraid i am going to vomit a second time
but the sir demanded that i eat at least something
so i only ate the burger and gave the rest of the KFC meal to the boys
they were snatching for extra servings of chicken
and whipped potato
i drank alot of water before the last rehearsal

and that's why i did not faint again :)
nobody fell out after the lecture we had
the last rehearsal was something like the actual one
they even used real cannons and many of the UGs jumped when they heard the first shot
but i thought it was really cool~

went to my dad's shop as there was no one at home
i watched disc 1 of on the first beat which actually a continuation of police academy
********SPOILER********
the main characters man, pak-kiu and fiona are out of the academy and are now beat officers

but very soon, a complaint by a gangster causes pak-kiu to nearly lose his job

once, fiona spotted the gangster and decided to follow him

she calls man and they follow the gangster

pak-kiu, who is still on beat saw them get on a taxi and calls man, who tells him that they are following the gangster

the gangster(crazy keung) is carrying out a drug deal when he saw then and shot fiona and pak-kiu.

fortunately pak-kiu is saved by his phone(blocked the bullet) but fiona is dead

and there is this undercover that was working with crazy keung and was finally promoted to segearnt

having some arguments with pak-kiu and man, he makes life difficult for them.
